Relationships are the real infrastructure of impact.
That's the core of why Reframing Perspectives exists, and it's also the quiet thesis of this page. The show is a natural relationship builder with changemakers and social-good leaders driving deep impact in our world, and a natural engine for business development. Here is exactly how the conversations I host become the clients DevelopWell grows.
The quality of our relationships determines the world we create.
A note to Holly & the DevelopWell team: rather than tell you I'd drive growth, I wanted to show you the pipeline I've already built, and how it plugs directly into the work you do.
Trust is the top of the funnel.
My research as an organizational psychologist landed on a deceptively simple finding: empathy and psychological safety have to be present together before people trust each other enough to be truly accountable. That's how healthy teams work, and it's how the relationships that lead to real business get built.
Every episode intentionally centers the impact a changemaker is creating, through deep listening, genuine safety, and a person feeling seen. That's the first, hardest step of a client relationship, done at scale, every single week.
People do business with those they trust. The podcast is how I earn that trust, cultivate the relationship, and give back, long before it ever turns into a client. It's my strength as a superconnector: always thinking of them first. The relationship-first funnel
Four steps from a microphone to a mission-aligned engagement.
The Conversation
I sit down with a founder, executive, or movement leader doing real work, no transactional agenda, just genuine curiosity and care. I pick people doing phenomenal work because I genuinely want to highlight their impact. I champion them and their cause. I'm always centering the relationship.
→The Relationship
The mic turns off, and the relationship keeps going. I stay in their world, with the superhero power of a superconnector, I make the introductions they need most, follow up so the things they shared aren't forgotten, and show up consistently so they know I actually care. This is superconnector work that comes naturally, and it creates a safe space to nurture the relationship.
→The Recognition
These guests are the decision-makers at the organizations DevelopWell serves, and often the superconnectors who lead to your next prospective clients. When they hit a people-ops, culture, or leadership moment, the trusted advisor in the room is already there.
→The Client
Over time, a trusted relationship becomes the real conversation about working together. The podcast opens the top of the funnel; the relationship nurtures it, and advisory closes it, a warm, values-aligned pipeline that compounds.
Seventeen conversations with the people you want to know.
Every guest below is a decision-maker in DevelopWell's world. Filter by the sector they lead, or the cause they champion. Most belong to both, which is exactly what makes a relationship map into a funnel.

How I'd turn this into DevelopWell's growth engine.
The role asks a Principal to steward a healthy pipeline and grow the firm's visibility through webinars, writing, and speaking. I already run it every week, through my podcast, my signature keynote on The Relationship Economy, and the Changemaker Dinners I host. Let's focus on the podcast for now. Here's how it plugs into DevelopWell.
The show becomes a discovery channel
Each guest is a warm, trust-rich relationship, either a decision-maker DevelopWell wants to serve, or a naturally aligned connector who opens doors to the clients we want. I qualify quietly, nurture intentionally, and open discovery conversations when the moment is right. A pipeline that fills itself, on values.
Thought leadership, already in motion
Co-branded episodes, webinars, and writing put DevelopWell's point of view in front of exactly the right audience. The 15% growth mandate around webinars, writing, and speaking is work I'm already producing, and can point at your brand. My most-requested keynote: "The Relationship Economy: why relationships are the key infrastructure to real business and community impact."
Changemaker Dinners as a proprietary channel
I host Changemaker Dinners in intimate, high-trust rooms, the kind of environment where advisory relationships begin. Each gathering blends changemakers across industries who share a common mission, but no one is allowed to share their title, where they work, or what they do. The goal: build a relationship around who you are, not what you do. It's the perfect place for relationships that turn into trusted community.
A pathway the whole team can run
This isn't just my personal magic. The relationship-to-client pathway can be documented, taught, and stewarded across the firm, turning one superconnector into a growth capability DevelopWell owns.
I'd love to build the relationship economy at DevelopWell, with you and the team.
The quality of our relationships determines the world we create, and so do the firms that serve them. If this is the kind of growth you want a Principal to drive, let's have the conversation. I love being a collaborator, dreaming big, and working toward empowering leaders behind the social-good causes that help us all sleep well at night.
