Throughout her two decades of operational experience in the energy industry, Erica witnessed first-hand the impact that leadership skills can have on an organization's outcomes.
Having spent the majority of her career working in remote or offshore locations, she brings a practical approach to leadership development that resonates with all levels of the organization. Erica brings a rare combination of real world front-line experience, deep business acumen and academic credentials. Her coaching clients include emerging leaders through to seasoned C-Suite executives and hail from organizations including Google, NASA, bp, Hess, American Express, NVIDIA and Mars. Her prior speaking and consulting engagements have included a variety of Fortune 500 and FSTE 100 companies as well as the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Penn State, and the University of Texas at Austin.
